Join us on Sunday, November 7th for a beautiful fall drive through Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation, and Redmond with unique stops along the way, and ending with an exclusive home tour.
Avants, Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes and Drive Toward A Cure are partnering to give Avants members the first opportunity to see the 2021 Idea House, and we would love to see you there!
Avants members are invited for an exclusive tour and unveiling of the 425 Magazine 2021 Northwest Idea House, located in Woodinville. This home is set to receive local and national recognition and will never be open to the general public! The Modern Scandinavian Barn style house will feature cutting-edge products, especially as it pertains to healthy living, green built, touchless features, bringing families together, and living/working in-place. The Northwest Idea House includes a dedicated “Zoom Room”, radiant heated garage flooring, a home office with multiple workstations, a fitness room with a climbing wall included, a dry sauna and steam shower, a media room, a dry spa/steam shower, media room, music room, and several outdoor living spaces.
To participate in this touring event, we request a minimum donation of $50 per attendee. (Children 5 and under are complimentary — don’t include them in the attendee count.) All proceeds will be donated to Drive Toward A Cure – a national 501(c)(3) Foundation that supports Parkinson’s Disease research AND patient care. The fundraising goal for this event is $10,000, and we have matching dollars from Lochwood-Lozier for AVANTS members to help reach that goal.
Light bites and beverages will be provided. Members are encouraged to join the drive in their collector or modern vehicles. Ample parking is available. Masks will be required inside the home. We kindly ask that you please remove your shoes, or wear the booties provided upon entry of the 2021 Northwest Idea House.

What 's the Processing Fee?
Drive Toward a Cure is charged a fee for every transaction. In order to maximize our fundraising in support of Parkinson's Disease research and patient care, we are asking that registrants agree to cover this fee.
