Whether you live locally and don’t need a hotel stay, or your schedule doesn’t allow you to participate in the entire Getaway experience, join Drive Toward a Cure for some key portions of the “Get Me to The Greek Getaway“ that take in legendary Los Angeles area canyon roads, go behind the scenes at the Petersen Automotive Museum, and an additional private collection, and feature premium seats for “Neil Forever: Love at the Greek” — the 50th anniversary Neil Diamond tribute concert that is supporting Parkinson’s!
The “Neil Forever: Love at The Greek” 50th Anniversary Tribute Concert celebrating the music of Neil Diamond and supporting Parkinson’s Disease patient care and research acts as the inspiration for our “Get Me to The Greek” Getaway.

Friday Night Lights and Lanes
Welcome to the Sunset Strip and the Sun Rose Hotel for an evening of food, laughter and music at the Chevelle Café. We start the evening with a nostalgic glow as we get into the competitive spirit and bowl a few frames for a chance to win prizes. To keep you hydrated and energized, there is beer and popcorn followed by a dinner buffet.
After dinner we head upstairs to Live! At the Sun Rose and continue the evening with a live musical performance.

From Apex to Archive
Canyons, Petersen Lunch and Vault Tour
We depart from the Sun Rose Hotel at 8:30 am, sharp, for a morning of sun-swept Southern California canyon roads, convoy-style. From the mountains to the sea, you’ll experience firsthand why these roads are a magnet for car enthusiasts. Classics, exotics, and everything in between are welcome – all cars are invited!
Our canyon adventure culminates at the iconic Petersen Automotive Museum, where we’ll enjoy a lunch at the Meyers Manx Café. Inspired by the original Dune Buggy, the café captures the vibrant beach culture of 1960s SoCal and sets the perfect scene for our next adventure.
After lunch, join a personally guided docent tour of The Vault, Petersen’s world-renowned collection of over 300 of the rarest and most iconic vehicles spanning more than 120 years. From historic cars and motorcycles to trucks and prototypes, you’ll discover automotive treasures few ever see.

Pre-Concert Private Reception
At the Greek Theatre
Join us for a pre-concert private reception on the beautiful Redwood Deck at the Greek Theatre, where we’ll be gathering under the stars and twinkle lights. You’ll be captivated by the scenic setting nestled in the hillside with a full range of continued camaraderie, food and drink, new folks to meet – and anticipation for the evening’s performance and festivities

Limited box suites for 4 guests each are available at a cost of $3,450 directly through the Drive Toward a Cure web site. Box suites include:

The Sunday Signature Run
Canyons, Private Collection Tour and Lunch
We depart from the Sun Rose Hotel at 9am, sharp, headed for yet more of SoCal’s famous sun-swept canyon roads, hitting them convoy-style, as only Drive Toward a Cure can do. From the mountains to the sea, you’ll learn firsthand the reason car aficionados crave the canyon roads of the Los Angeles area. All cars are welcome!
Join us as we make a stop to view a very special private collection before we continue to Malibu for lunch at Zinqué Restaurant, where camaraderie continues and you’ll enjoy your lunch before bidding farewell to all those who supported Parkinson’s!

The Drive Toward a Cure program has been carefully designed to provide a premium experience while raising much-needed funds to continue the search for a cure for Parkinson’s Disease, while also supporting patients and their caregivers through our own Special Assistance Fund and Access to Care programs. We also support beneficiaries including The Parkinson’s Foundation and The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
