“…what you can do, you do as much and as often and as smartly as you can.”  These are the words of Richard Cupp, the very first registrant for the Drive Toward a Cure inaugural event, the California Adventure.  Clearly, Mr. Cupp is a true enthusiast who loves to drive and loves his cars.  And though he himself has Parkinson’s Disease, he’s not letting that stop him from joining our Drive Toward a Cure!

Mr. Cupp was interviewed by ClassicCars.com earlier this week; their feature story was published this morning: “Vintage racers will reunite on Drive Toward a Cure road rally“.  The interview discusses his motivation for participating in the California Adventure, his exploits on the race track, and the comrades who will be joining him for the weekend.

The eagle-eyed reader will also note that at the bottom of the article, ClassicCars.com offers a special discount for those who register using promo code “CLASSIC”.

Scheduled for April 28-30, 2017, the not-for-profit California Adventure event aims to raise funds for Parkinson’s Disease research and patient care, benefiting two world-renowned organizations: The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and The Parkinson’s Institute and Clinical Center. Registration is open, but space is limited — register online now and help us fill the event!
